Hi, I’m Molly!

I am a motivational speaker and two time Sarcoma survivor. My story started in a hospital bed, but it didn’t end there.

I believe in resilience, finding your purpose and youth advocacy. I bring energy, authenticity, and lived experience to the stage.

My Story

At age 11, life was incredible, I was your typical happy kid. I loved life - I was a Year 6 leader, surrounded by friends, and playing sport was my world.

But I never finished Year 6…

On my 12th birthday, everything changed. I was diagnosed with a rare bone cancer called osteosarcoma.

What followed was a fight I never imagined - multiple leg surgeries, a prosthetic implant, endless rounds of chemotherapy, infections and setbacks. My body wasn’t strong enough to fight the things a normal kid’s body could.

I had to learn to walk again. Not once. Not twice. But three times!

Not all my friends (who have battled cancer) have been fortunate enough to live as long as I have. Many endured just as much, and yet, they’re no longer here. It’s a sobering reminder of how fragile and precious life truly is.

But I am here today and I believe I am tougher for it so I am grateful.

Along my journey, I also realised how crucial it was for me to tell my story and repay the kindness I had been shown by so many.

I needed to be a voice for all those coming behind me. I wanted to remind the world that not everyone is as lucky as me.
